Introduction and acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of q‑viz.com and related services (“Services”) provided by Q-viz (“Q‑Viz”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Services and eligibility

Q‑Viz provides — data visualization and analytics demos, SaaS product trials, and related tools. You must be at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Site and have authority to enter these Terms.

Account creation and access

Where account registration is required, you agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

User conduct

Termination

Modifications to Terms

Miscellaneous

Entire agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
No waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
